The vision of the Young Surgeons Committee is to provide young trainees from around the world with a resourceful educational platform to guide them whilst preparing for the SICOT Diploma and similar exit exams. 

The Committee has established a database of more than 100 trainees from around the world and organises International Trainees Meetings around the world, providing trainees with an opportunity to present their research work at an international meeting held specifically for orthopaedic trainees worldwide.
